Mark them as complimentary subscribers in the admin panel — no Stripe charge, full library access. Comp tier is unlimited on every plan.

What about teacher revenue share?

Currently one Stripe Connect account per tenant. If you want to split revenue across multiple teachers, do the split offline (Wise, etc.). Per-instructor payout splitting is on the roadmap.

Can students take notes on a class?

Comments on each video work as informal notes. Private profile-level notes are a future feature.
